** Position Overview
** Exact Science’s Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering innovative, immersive, memorable customer-centric journeys for all our customers, across all channels (digital and physical). These journeys are grouped by Customer Types (e.g., Patient, Provider) and further categorized into a set of Experiences (e.g., Understand Risks & Complete Screening, Confirm Diagnosis). Each Experience has a set of specific, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that the overall team is accountable to fulfill.

The Lead Brand Designer is a strategic creative leader responsible for shaping and evolving brand identities across a portfolio of products and brands. This role leads the brand design process from concept through execution, defining creative direction and building scalable identity systems that integrate seamlessly with digital and physical experiences.

Working in close partnership with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams, this position ensures brand strategy translates into compelling visual systems that strengthen product experiences and support long-term business objectives. The Lead Brand Designer elevates brand thinking across the organization and delivers well-crafted, enduring brand foundations that enable consistency and flexibility over time.

** Essential Duties
*** Lead the brand design process from concept to execution, setting the creative and strategic vision across a portfolio of brands and products.
* Develop inspiring, relevant, and scalable brand identities that strengthen digital products and broader business initiatives.
* Act as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, guiding teams through a rigorous yet agile branding process and educating them on brand best practices.
* Work closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand identity aligns seamlessly with product experiences.
* Advocate for brand thinking across the organization, increasing brand literacy and consistency across teams.
* Deliver polished, well-documented brand systems that serve as enduring sources of truth for internal stakeholders.
* Push creative boundaries by exploring motion, 3D, and interactive elements to elevate brand experiences.
* Present, influence, and defend creative work to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage of the process.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field of study; or High School Degree/General Education Diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
* 8+ years of experience working as a UX Designer, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity.
* Extensive experience in applying techniques and methods of modern user experience design, discovery, and delivery – along with expertise with design/user experience platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Jira).
* Experience with content management systems (Sitecore a plus) and user testing tools.
* Experience in simplifying and communicating complex ideas to broad audiences.
