Architectural Practice Technical Lead; Operations & Project Delivery

We are seeking a technically strong architectural leader who is interested in shaping both project delivery and firm operations.

This role combines project-based technical leadership with broader operational responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC processes and improve documentation standards.
• Provide guidance on codes, constructability, and delivery approach.
• Oversee and coordinate specifications and internal peer QA reviews across projects.
• Support staffing alignment and team coordination.
• Improve workflows, processes, and operational consistency.
• Contribute to project work at a Project Architect level.
• Mentor staff and support team development.

• 12+ years of experience in architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction documents and building systems.
• Experience with QA/QC and coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Licensure preferred, but not required.
• Candidates with technical expertise, including those not pursuing licensure, are encouraged to apply.
