Project Architect- Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
• Manage all phases of the design process.
• Apply innovative thinking and present real-world solutions to new design challenges.
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
• Thrive with personal responsibility and accountability, while embracing open communication and team-oriented success.
• Draw on professional poise and polish, demonstrating versatile approaches to myriad issues and personality types.
• Lead among peers and mentor to others.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, casinos, etc.).
• Strong skills in programming, planning, and architectural design.
• Motivated self-starter capable of problem solving both individually and as part of a project team.
• Proficiency in 3D software, including Revit, 3D Studio MAX, and Sketchup.
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
