Richco Structures is seeking a truss designer to join our design team. This role focuses on reading residential and commercial plans to design wood trusses using software for roof, floor and wall systems.
The designer will communicate verbally and in writing with team members, customers, and production staff to ensure accuracy per specifications. Responsibilities include reading architectural drawings, designing components, producing final layouts, and resolving discrepancies as needed.
