The Institute of Beauty and Wellness seeks a Cosmetology Instructor to train, educate, and develop the next generation of professionals at The Institute of Beauty and Wellness - Madison. - Deliver core curriculum through structured instruction, practical training, and student evaluations
- Guide students through state board preparation, ensuring they meet licensing requirements with confidence
- Supervise and mentor students on the clinic floor, reinforcing professional standards and best practices
- Provide consistent coaching and support to foster student growth and success
- Implement and maintain compliance with institutional systems, policies, and procedures
- Stay current on Aveda products, services, and industry trends to enhance student learning and elevate the educational experience
- State of WI Cosmetology license
- Two years of experience in the industry
- Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience (required)
- Love for the beauty and wellness industry
