Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist; Hybrid

The Lead, L&D Program Mgmt & Delivery Specialist delivers high quality learning for participants and internal customers through Tru Stage classes and learning programs. This individual manages impactful enterprise L&D programs, facilitates classes for people managers, skill development, business acumen, functional, process, and systems training, and ensures learning is embedded into the business.

• Program Management:
  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery of enterprise learning programs to meet organizational needs and leadership expectations.
  • Understand L&D processes (scheduling, registration, evaluation, consultation, L&D request intake, governance) and leverage expertise from L&D consultants, learning technology professionals, and the design & development team.
  • Assist the Sr Manager of Program Management and Delivery with evaluation, measurement, and reporting of assigned programs.
  • Provide feedback to improve/revise content and enhance the participant experience.
  • Create action/project plans, lead meetings, maintain records, and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Partner with the L&D team to build and curate learning curricula for easy access and navigation.
  • Demonstrate proactive organization and detail in managing programs, participant communication, reporting, and governance administration.
• Facilitation:
  • Model excellent facilitation skills by engaging learners and creating a safe environment.
  • Facilitate courses for various audiences, including people leaders, individual contributors, and new employees.
  • Use virtual delivery via Microsoft Teams, leveraging annotation tools and breakout sessions.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues during facilitation.
  • Coordinate and prep guest speakers; provide ongoing feedback to adjunct facilitators and speakers.
  • Employ learning sustainability and reinforcement approaches to ensure retention.
  • Bring current business knowledge into the classroom and stay updated on learning trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, including 5+ years of facilitation experience.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, theory, and strategies.
• Prior management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual delivery.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
• Facilitation certification from Blanchard Companies, Crucial Learning, DDI, etc. is a plus.
• Travel may be required.

Base Salary Range: $ - $. In addition to base pay, the position may be eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.
