Lead Teacher Float

Living Christ Preschool is hiring a Lead Teacher Float in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our organization! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children. This position would be Monday through Friday 7:15am-4:00pm.

We are always accepting applications for this role.

• Float between different rooms as needed to help with planning, lunches, breaks, etc.
• Instruct preschool-aged children in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Maintain the health and safety of all students
• Candidates should be comfortable working with children ranging from infants to 4 years old. If you love little children and want to help them learn and grow, this is a great job for you. We have great families and a wonderful staff to work with. The hourly pay rate is based on education and experience.

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields preferred but not required
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate's Degree preferred but not required
