Adjunct Instructor - Political Science (POSC 4701: US Foreign Policy)
Position Overview:
The Political Science department is hiring an adjunct instructor to teach part‑time in the Political Science major. The candidate will teach POSC 4701 (US Foreign Policy). Responsibilities:
- Teach POSC 4701 (US Foreign Policy) using a developed syllabus and course outlines.
- Prepare course and syllabus, grade exams, papers, and other assignments.
- Maintain a minimum of three office hours per week.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Master’s Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Earned Master’s degree and/or five years of teaching experience or other suitable professional experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching.
