The University of Wisconsin’s Cross Country/Track & Field Program seeks an Assistant Coach to support student-athletes across various disciplines. Under the supervision of the Program Director, you will assist in coaching, plan practice sessions, and manage recruitment of prospective athletes.
Qualified candidates must have at least three years of coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and excellent communication skills are essential. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including generous paid time off and more.
