About This Role
We're seeking dynamic and dedicated Teachers to join our team! As a Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students. With a focus on child development, you'll work closely with colleagues to design and implement curriculum, manage daily operations, and ensure the well‑being of our children. We'recurrently looking to fill the following positions:
2 Year Old Teacher
3 Year Old Teacher
Infant Room Teacher
One Year Old Teacher
What You'll Do- Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development, creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Maintain accurate and timely records, including daily reports, meal records, and incident reports, to ensure the well‑being and safety of our children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum, ensuring a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure a positive and supportive team environment.
- Conduct regular supervision and assessments to monitor the progress and development of our children.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, adhering to Red Caboose standards and regulations.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting inclusivity and cultural awareness in the classroom.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up‑to‑date with best practices in early childhood education.
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Requirements include the ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, tools or controls, talk to and hear voices at many levels. May also be required to kneel, bend, squat or crawl.

Nice To Haves- Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
