We're hiring an Income Maintenance Training Specialist for a human services partner. If you excel at turning complex public assistance policies into engaging, clear learning materials, this is a great fit for you. In this role, you'll design, implement, and evaluate interactive virtual training programs that empower agency staff to better serve our communities.
Responsibilities- Design, update, and publish professional training materials for virtual and e-learning platforms
- Deliver engaging initial and ongoing training modules on public assistance programs and eligibility systems
- Evaluate training programs using feedback and needs assessments to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with key team members and leadership to align training materials with current policies
- Incorporate innovative technologies to maintain an interactive and effective learning environment
- Proven experience in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Strong background in facilitating dynamic, interactive virtual training sessions
- Familiarity with public assistance or human services programs such as Food Share or Medicaid preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex policies clearly
- Ability to manage multiple training projects while adapting to policy updates
