Trainer Business Graduates

Position Summary: As a Trainer you’ll lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to the company and assisting them in saving lives. Aside from your interaction with physicians and other care providers, you will be involved in the training process from start to finish—from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios that you’ll be delivering.

Outside the classroom, trainers work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, work directly with organizations to help develop their training, and get involved in projects to make our software more intuitive.

• Design and deliver instructional materials and training scenarios.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop course content.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Work in cross‑functional teams to create workflow‑based training content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or Communication.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
