What You’ll DoPosition Summary:
The Teen Center Group Leader supervises youth during indoor and outdoor activities, guides daily group routines, and supports overall program operations through tasks such as dinner preparation, activity set-up, and clean-up. This position also works closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a high-quality program experience and may assist with neighborhood center events and community initiatives throughout the school year.
This is a school year position with theoptionto join our summer team.
Up to $17.75 per hour, pay is based on education and experience
Part-time, up to 19 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 3:00-7 p.m., Friday 3:00-6:00 p.m.

Requirements- Must be 18 years of age
- Has a high school diploma or GED
- Has the ability to supervise an active group of children
- Knows the importance of creating a safe environment for children
- Has experience working with children in any setting
- Values building relationships with children and families
