Preschool Childcare Teacher Spanish

We are seeking Spanish speaking early childhood educators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula, using active supervision, supporting child development, and collaborating with families to support the whole child;

mind, body, and heart.

• Implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards using Teaching Strategies Creative Curriculum
• Infuse cultural identity and implement cultural curriculum lessons provided by franchise.
• Utilize ASQ to collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualized support as needed.
• Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Teach activities of daily living, including toileting.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessments.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in early childhood education.

• Experience working with young children.
• Experience using active supervision.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is essential for success in this role.
• Spanish language

• Early childhood education degree or credential
• Bilingual Spanish and English
• Early intervention techniques
• CPR, first aid certification

High School or Equivalent
