The Madison Metropolitan School District is seeking AVID Tutors to support AVID students in the school year. Tutors engage in small, student-led tutorial groups, model inquiry and critical thinking, and provide feedback on student work during the academic day.
Placement may be at four high schools or eleven middle schools, with 5–18 hours per week. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication, a clear commitment through the school year, and a professional, adaptable demeanor;
