Goodman Community Center in Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a High School Program Coordinator to join our youth programs team. This full-time role focuses on hands-on work with high school‑aged youth in after school and summer programs, building relationships and guiding activities.
The position emphasizes supervision, life skills coaching, and program planning, with a regular 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. schedule, some weekends, and driving responsibilities in a 14-passenger van. Benefits eligible.
