The Goodman Community Center Elementary Program seeks Co‑Leads to supervise classroom activities, carry out daily lesson plans, and ensure the safety and well‑being of children in after school programming at a licensed childcare site.
Co‑Leads collaborate with the Elementary Lead Teacher to develop a welcoming environment, assist with homework, and promote literacy and math development while fostering inclusive, developmentally appropriate practice for K–5 students.
