One Energy Renewables is seeking an experienced Lead O&M Technician for the Midwest region to oversee day-to-day solar project operations, safety, quality control, and performance testing across a portfolio of sites.
Reporting to the Associate Director O&M, you will mentor the O&M team, coordinate with contractors and engineers, review site requirements, and help implement best practices to maintain reliability and efficiency while traveling 25–50% as needed.
