One Energy is seeking a Lead O&M Technician for the Midwest region to oversee day-to-day operations of solar projects. You will coordinate with on-site contractors, manage safety and quality, and mentor the O&M team while supporting commissioning, troubleshooting and performance testing.
The role requires 5+ years in solar O&M or related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% to meet project needs. OHSA-30 preferred but not required.
