Program and Policy Analyst - Advanced

The Division of Transportation Systems Development (DTSD), Bureau of Project Development is looking to hire a Program & Policy Analyst Advanced position.

Headquarters for this position will be in our Hill Farms office in Madison WI.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. The position will be headquartered at and required to work from Hill Farms office in Madison, WI at least 2 days per week. All employees working a hybrid work schedule are generally expected to telework from within the State of Wisconsin. This topic will be discussed more at the time of the interview.

This position is responsible for providing statewide contract development guidance, coordination, and evaluation of the Consultant Program. This position functions as a principal resource to project managers, supervisors and staff on contract solicitations, development, and monitoring. Responsibilities include statewide coordinative functions including statewide work groups, stakeholder meetings, technical trainings, the drafting of contract development manuals, and other communication duties.

This position is responsible for performing advanced program and policy assistance, planning, analysis, monitoring, and evaluation. Position provides oversight for program, project, and workflow planning. Responsibilities also include data auditing, report drafting, and day-to-day contracting support. This position ensures statewide consistency, process improvements, and program evaluation.

This position is in schedule-range (07-03) with an annual salary of $68,640 - $96,907, plus excellent benefits
