Help shape Wisconsin's transportation future by joining the Southwest Region team! We are currently recruiting to filla Contracts Specialist-Advanced position that can be headquartered in Madison, WI or La Crosse, WI!
This position offers a hybridized work schedule. The position will be headquartered at and required to work from the Madison or La Crosse, WI DTSD Office Building at least 2days per week. All employees working a hybrid work schedule are generally expected to telework from within the State of Wisconsin. This topic will be discussed more at the time of the interview.
This recruitment may be used to fill additional vacant positions in the future.

Position SummaryResponsibilities include:
assisting with the development and administration of both two-party and three-party consultant contracts from solicitation through contract execution as well as amendment review and submittal; being a resource for Masterworks and the Contract Administration and Reporting System (CARS); monitoring contract progress to ensure compliance; assisting with the development and management of the annual region local program consultant budget; updating FIIPS for the region improvement program;
