Environmental Analysis and Review Specialist Wisconsin Department of Transportation

This position will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Environmental Services Section team with a variety of tasks to help our team address rapidly evolving environmental issues, such as endangered species compliance, pollinator conservation, native habitat restoration, wetland and stream mitigation, and stormwater quality.

Responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing technical papers and reports; reviewing and summarizing new or proposed environmental regulations, policies and guidance documents; assisting with GIS projects and analyses; assisting with contract management; reviewing proposed infrastructure projects for environmental concerns; and supporting records management and tracking efforts.
