Application Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineer role based in Madison, WI. The Application Engineer will provide technical support and solutions to customers, develop and test software applications, and contribute to the development of innovative products. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams on electrical and mechanical engineering projects, ensuring the design and processes align with product performance objectives, and supporting product installation and troubleshooting efforts.

• Experience in Technical Support to assist customers and address technical inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in Software Development for creating, testing, and maintaining software applications
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering for designing and analyzing electrical systems in bioprocess products
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering to support product development and resolve mechanical challenges
• Skills in Testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and performance standards are met
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with bioprocessing systems or biotechnology industry is a plus
