Overview
We are seeking an experienced environmental scientist to join our environmental telecommunications team. You will coordinate and complete increasingly complex environmental and regulatory projects while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations, as well as industry standards. You will lead evaluation of environmental impacts, prepare necessary documentation, and support project teams in minimizing environmental risks. Ramaker's environmental team provides crucial services to our telecommunications clients.
This position offers variety and opportunity to grow in the environmental field. Most Ramaker employee-owners work remotely from home, with an option to work from our Madison, WI office for onsite or hybrid arrangements. For this position, candidates should be within a reasonable driving distance to Madison, WI as some site work is occasionally required.

- Focus on Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Material Handling Plans, and Remediation Plans.
- Engage in a wide variety of service deliverables including NEPA Regulatory Compliance, geotechnical reports, and other related ancillary services.
- Work independently and collaborate with project managers to ensure scope requirements, deliverables, and timelines are consistently met.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in an environmental science related field and five years of relevant experience.
- Continuous improvement mindset, willingness to pitch in wherever needed, and eagerness to continue learning.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
