Interim Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) Support – Madison, WI

Assignment: 3‑to‑4 month assignment. Pay: $60.00 per hour (travel cost / per diem if applicable).

Location:

Aluminum die cast production facility, which includes automated, robotic die casting and machining operations.

• Daily onsite supplier support – shortage containment & recovery.
• Equipment downtime & maintenance support – corrective action management.
• Process & quality system verification – communication & reporting.

• Daily production and shortage report.
• Weekly performance summary.
• Corrective action tracking log.
• Audit reports.
• Recovery plans.
• Final summary report.

• SQE or quality engineering background in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of die casting and machining processes.
• Experience with IATF 16949 systems.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Improve production stability.
• Reduce downtime‑related shortages.
• Ensure timely corrective action closure.

Expected: 3‑6 months.
