An Aerial OSP Designer will be involved in aerial Outside Plant (OSP) designs. This role will support the planning and design of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic cable systems. Critical for success written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate within a team environment, and critical thinking skills.

- Associates Degree in a related field.
- Aerial:
Knowledge of Pole Loading Software - Familiarity of aerial outside plant design (aerial or underground) and Joint Use permitting practices
- Familiarity of telecommunication industry standards and practices, as well as government codes and regulations.
