Qualifications
Main skillsets required for this position are that candidate should be from medical devices experience, Device testing (verification and validation).
Responsibilities- Act as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering teams
- Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, or stalled decisions and drive resolution
- Facilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zones
- Track dependencies, action items, and risks; escalate issues early
- Translate high-level engineering intent into clear, executable next steps for offshore teams
- Perform V&V activities (test definition, execution, and review) for engineering changes as appropriate
- Ensure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs and quality expectations
