Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer for the Site Development team in our Madison, WI office. The role will involve design of site development, municipal projects, permitting, and collaboration with clients.

• Design site development and municipal projects, including roadways, site grading, storm drainage, and site utilities, plus construction assistance.
• Prepare local, state, and federal permit applications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Participate in professional society activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of design experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management, and permitting in Wisconsin (additional experience encouraged).
• Professional registration as a PE is a plus.
• Experience with Civil 3D, hydrology, and hydraulic software preferred.
