Swift Cruit is looking for an Engineer II in Manufacturing Engineering for its Madison, WI site. This fully onsite position involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring high-quality standards in production processes.
The ideal candidate will manage technical projects, optimize production, and collaborate with multiple teams. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is required, along with 1.5 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Lean methodologies and ERP systems is preferred.
