A four year electrical engineering or related degree, two plus years of electrical engineering or electronics engineering experience, and one plus years of embedded firmware design experience is required. Pay is up to $135,000. Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder. No remote as this is a Monday through Friday onsite position. Full-time permanent W-2 employee. Full benefits.

The successful candidate will be focused on new product development so there will never be a dull day. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

• Developing new products
• Solving complex electrical engineering / electronic engineering related problems
• Analyzing and designing circuits
• Creating the PCB design
• Developing embedded software
• Overseeing projects
• Assisting and supporting sales, marketing and customers
• Training
• Traveling up to 10%, mostly in Wisconsin
• Prototyping
• Field testing
• Lab testing
• Documenting
• Communicating verbally and in writing

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• A four year electrical engineering or electronics engineering degree with related internship experience
• Two or more years of electrical engineering or electronics engineering experience
• One or more years of embedded firmware design experience
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• A well written, thoughtful resume that showcases exceptional written communication skills
• Possess a passion for engineering
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Possess the ability to learn a large amount of new material
• Possess the ability to travel up to 10%, mostly in Wisconsin
