An Aerial OSP Designer will be involved in aerial Outside Plant (OSP) designs and will support the planning and design of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic cable systems. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, collaboration, and critical thinking.

• Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of pole‑loading software
• Familiarity with aerial outside plant design (aerial or underground) and joint‑use permitting practices
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, government codes, and regulations
