Kelly Engineering is partnering with an innovative medical technology manufacturer to identify a Senior Project Engineer, Electrical who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while leading cross‑functional product development from concept through commercialization.
This isn't a traditional Project Manager role.
It's an opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to remain hands‑on technically while leading projects, influencing engineering decisions, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative electromechanical products.

What You’ll Do- Lead electromechanical product development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Serve as the electrical engineering technical lead across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, suppliers, and external design partners.
- Participate in design reviews, prototyping, verification, validation, and product commercialization.
- Drive technical decisions while helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support manufacturing process improvements and supplier qualification.
- Ensure products meet FDA, ISO, GMP, and internal quality requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience.
- Experience leading technical product development projects.
- Experience with Altium or similar electrical design software.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience working with external design partners.
