Realta Fusion is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer in Madison, WI to help model, design, and validate beamline and fusion-device components for ultra-high vacuum environments. You will contribute to primary and secondary mechanical fusion components and subsystems, performing stress, thermal, and fatigue analyses as part of a small, capable team.
You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, fabricate and assemble prototype systems, and help establish safety standards across R&D
