I&C Engineer (Nuclear)
I&C Principal Engineer leads the technical evaluation, design, and implementation of plant uprate initiatives to safely increase generation capacity and improve operational efficiency. A subject matter expert in system performance, electrical engineering analysis, and instrumentation and control, including advanced power system modeling and instrumentation calculations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in power generation or heavy industry
- Demonstrated experience with:
Power system analysis and ETAP modeling Instrumentation calculations and transmitter applications Knowledge of plant electrical and I&C systems Technical leadership on complex engineering projects PE license preferred or ability to obtain Experience with plant uprates or major capacity increases Expertise in instrument uncertainty, setpoint methodologies, and flow measurement Nuclear industry experience (EPU, MUR, or similar uprates) Familiarity with control systems and process automation platforms

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85/hour to $100/hour.
