Job Title: Bilingual Applications Engineer
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $100k - $115k + bonus
SummaryConnect Search is hiring a Bilingual Applications Engineer in Milwaukee County. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities- Monitors inquiries to Engineering department email inbox and responds in a professional and timely manner.
- Fields phone calls routed through Engineering queue to resolve customer issues.
- Quotes custom engineered products based on core devices.
- Travels to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues.
- Assists in certification and new product development projects as needed.
- Addresses all technical inquiries from our subsidiary in Mexico.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Fluency and good communication skills in both English and Spanish languages.
- Strong technical capabilities and experience with Electro‑mechanical products.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and UL test standards.
