Zimbrick MINI is looking for a self-motivated Service Support Specialist to join our Business Development Center (BDC). No automotive experience is required - we value customer-focused, motivated, and organized professionals eager to grow their careers in the automotive industry.

In this role, you will:

Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up on recommended maintenance
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to manage repair timelines
Transfer calls and support seamless communication between clients, sales, and service teams
Update and maintain service records and follow up on open repair orders
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, SMS, and in-person

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving history
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
