Position :Promotions Coordinator Hourly :$18.92/Hour/Negotiable Full-time–Negotiable Location : Gaming Division Reportsto : Promotions Manager
Responsibilities- Ensurethe highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Reporton workingreliably and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Assist in analyzingthe resultsof casino promotions andsuggestimprovements.
- Access and update promotionsystemsas necessary.
- Coordinate purchasing process for promotional prizes.
- Resolve guest inquiries via phone, letter, and email.
- Assistin the smooth operation of promotional activities, including acting as an emcee.
- Coordinate paperwork for promotional events.
- Work closely with support departments involved in event execution.
- Provide excellent guest serviceandflexible hours.
- Adhere to all established rules, regulations, and policies.
- Maintain compliance with workplace policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the Casino’s Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
- One (1) yearofexperience in marketing/advertising or event promotions preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Knowledge of inventory and control systems.
- Ability to meetphysicalrequirements of the position.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required.
- Must be able to obtain andmaintaina Mohican Nation Gaming License.
- Mustpass a background checkand doadrugscreening.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and provide a positive attitude.
- A willingness to enhance self-development and adapt to change.
- Mustbe willing to travel. Must have a valid driver'slicense,reliable transportation, and insurance are required. Must obtain a Wisconsin's driver's license within
30 daysof employment if applicant has an out-of-state driver's license. Must meet andmaintainthe eligibility tooperatea personal or tribal vehicle under thedriveracceptability guidelines asestablishedby Mohican Insurance.
- Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Excellent personal hygienerequired.
- A smoke-free work environment with varied noise levelsand dust levels depending upon location.
