Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous service. Prepare materials for client meetings, including financial plans, performance reports, and review packets. Maintain accurate and compliant client files, ensuring data and documentation are up to date. Monitor accounts for changes, unusual activity, and service needs, following up as necessary.
Advisory & Planning SupportAssist Financial Advisors in developing and implementing client financial plans and recommendations. Support proposal preparation, investment research, and report generation. Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items. Actively engage with the Financial Advisory and Wealth Management Financial Planning Group. Work toward obtaining CFP designation, SIE, Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses within one year to advance into an advisory role.
BusinessDevelopment & Operations Support
Marketing and outreach initiatives, including campaigns, client events, and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
