On behalf of our client, a Madison-based financial services firm, we are seeking the Client Services Advisor to support the financial services practice - gaining knowledge regarding all facets of the company. This role will be an integral part of the growth plan as this entrepreneurial, yet well-established firm continues to expand strategically across select Wisconsin markets.
Team Penn, partnered with a large national mutual financial services firm has a strong focus on planning, investment portfolio management and insurance administration. The firm values ongoing education and personal growth. Each team member is offered the opportunity to pursue industry licenses and designations as part of their development plan. We are looking for someone who can work independently while being part of a team, can interact with high-net-worth clients, can take initiative, is detail- and process-oriented, and willing to grow and learn.

Job Location: This role can be onsite or hybrid-remote with office space located in Madison, WI

- 3+ years of professional experience is required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (willing to consider applicable experience)
- Financial services industry experience is ideal (i.e. financial planning, insurance, investment portfolio management, brokerage and/or advisory services, etc.
- Previous client service or customer success experience is preferred
- Open to obtaining FINRA SIE and Wisconsin Life and Health licensing in the first 6 months
- Open to obtaining Series 7 and 63 securities licenses in the 9-12 months
- Desire to collaborate with small team dynamics is a must
