Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst
Tru Stage Investment Management manages the general account of Tru Stage Financial Group with a focus on delivering strong investment income and net spread to support the various products it sells. As a Senior Analyst, you will independently lead research and surveillance across both public and private placement credit across the whole quality spectrum, including complex and challenging sectors, and produce strong credit recommendations that guide portfolio construction.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead fulltime sector coverage, including higher complexity industries; perform credit research and relative value analysis.
- Independently structure and assess risk on complex transactions, including covenant and documentation review.
- Conduct earnings reviews and private placement reviews on a scheduled basis; deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Present sector views and recommendations to investment committees and senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, issuers, and market sources
- Work with analysts and portfolio managers in the Structured Finance or Commercial Mortgage Loan area when sector expertise is required
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Represent TSIM at industry conferences and maintain strong market intelligence.
- 5+ years of credit research experience in fixed income with 5+ years of private placements experience preferred.
- Expertise covering complex sectors and independently driving recommendations.
- Strong modeling, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication skills for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Graduate degree and/or CFA preferred.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office;
Power BI or programming is a plus. - Ability to travel 10–35%.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
