Key Responsibilities for the Treasury Analyst:

• Own and maintain ALM models, including scenario analysis, stress testing, and reporting on interest rate risk and balance sheet performance

• Support treasury functions including liquidity forecasting, mortgage pipeline hedging, and investment analysis

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting and insights to leadership, including ALCO and other key committees

• Partner cross-functionally to improve data integrity, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive process improvements

Qualifications for the Treasury Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, ALM, or related area

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management

• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, with experience using financial systems and modeling tools
