Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Director, Pricing Rehlko, and Senior Manager Pricing Engines, this role provides strategic and tactical pricing analysis, data visualization, and data‑based pricing story‑telling for the Engines Organizational Unit supporting both Gasoline and Diesel product families and all regions globally.
The position is responsible for pricing data aggregation, visualization, analysis, and recommendations that deliver improved pricing impact to Engines businesses, resulting in margin expansion and optimized product portfolio. It also aims to drive consistency in pricing analysis and data aggregation across organizational units. The individual works closely with the respective organizational unit Finance, Marketing, and Sales members for all products in all global regions.
As new analyses and visualizations are developed, this role will share them within the broader pricing organization for best practice sharing.
- Development of standardized pricing visualizations and data analyses supporting maintenance and update of the EBITDA model used for pricing assessment and approval.
- Develop standard analyses and visualizations used to inform the annual price adjustments.
- Create and maintain post‑mortem analyses that track results and identify key price learnings.
- Create a centralized competitive pricing database that includes competing products by competitors and best intelligence competitive pricing.
- As part of the annual product review process, maintain and monitor total customer value/cost analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and distribute competitive product pricing with Sales and Marketing.
- Connect and collaborate with pricing analysts across organizational units and locations.

- Day‑to‑day activities led by Senior Pricing Manager – Engines
- Works closely with teams and leaders (sales, marketing, finance) involved in pricing throughout all of Engines.
- Works closely with other pricing analysts within Rehlko.

Preferred 3-5 years experience in pricing, data, financial, or marketing analysis. Preferred college degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or Statistics. Salary range $76,050.00 – $96,050.00. Specific rate may be influenced by experience, education, and location.
