Relationship Manager – Community Banking

The Relationship Manager on our Community Banking team is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and expansion of new and existing loans, deposit, and treasury relationships. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and owning the overall customer experience.

• Meet annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross‑sales, call planning/prospecting, and fee income generation.
• Manage and grow relationships with businesses that generally have less than $2million in revenue.
• Take ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.
• Execute exemplary portfolio management.
• Collaborate with internal partners to generate internal referrals and develop an external network of centers of influence.
• Participate in bank events during and after hours.
• Understand and communicate the impact of lending on the bank’s CRA goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Three years of financial or banking experience.
• Completion of a formal Bank Credit Training program preferred but not required.
• Prior B2B, small‑business banking, or consultative outside sales experience in financial services is a plus.

• Estimated salary range: $71,000 – $92,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
