Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00am – 2:00pm and 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am‑1:30pm. Salary Grade 5, Min USD 20.50/hr.

UW Credit Unions Pier 37 branch is hiring a Bilingual Peak‑Time Teller. As a part‑time teller, you will play a vital role at your branch for both your teammates and members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members’ lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. If you enjoy problem solving, are eager to learn, and love working with people, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front‑facing member service at the Pier 37 branch location.
  • Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services.
  • Ensure all members’ requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to UW Credit Union’s Cash Management policies and procedures.
  • Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals.
  • Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional skills.
  • Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed.
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment.
