As a Mortgage Advisor at Park Bank, you have strong independent knowledge of mortgage products and the ability to develop and maintain long‑term client relationships. You are passionate about getting people to their next home, embodying Park Bank's "Let's Get to Next" culture as you connect with internal and external partners. You have a keen eye for the needs of current or prospective clients and a sense of who or where referral sources may be.

You are plugged into your community and enjoy having a philanthropic impact on people and organizations. You can work closely with fellow associates to ensure exceptional customer service for all.

• Occasionally attend networking industry functions such as trade shows and professional groups.
• Perform daily cold‑calling activities as prescribed by the sales plan.
• Seek and work to uncover sales/partner development inside and outside of bank facilities.
• Perform a level of sales activity that allows meeting or exceeding the position's minimum goals.
• Communicate reliable status reports with clients and referral sources during normal work hours.
• Identify and match the correct product to client situations and needs.
• Maintain an exemplary client experience.
• Respond to and manage internal (branch, management, and executive) sales referrals.
• Initiate the application and initial disclosures for mortgage loans prospected.
• Hand off loan requests to business line partners.
• Coordinate a successful close.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

• Required
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  Associate's Degree in Business or a Banking‑related field.
• Additional Eligibility Requirements: FACT Act and NMLS Certifiable. Bondable by Bank Insurance Carrier.
