Consultant , Treasury; Hybrid

Under the direction of Treasury leadership and Senior Consultants, the Treasury Advisory Consultant will be responsible for internal customer servicing of both domestic and international treasury operations. They will evaluate and mitigate risk related to global cash management payment services, manage treasury initiatives, and track KPIs and treasury metrics to demonstrate corporate exposure with financial partners.

• Manage the banking administration function.
• Project‑manage daily support and implementation of banking services for CUNA Mutual Group domestic and international operations.
• Oversee user access to banking services and payment information.
• Review and resolve production processing issues with banking partners.
• Administer the Treasury Workstation Software solution and vendor relationships.
• Configure data elements, schedule user reports, dashboards, and workflow authorizations.
• Design and deliver treasury solutions aligned with the Strategic Mission and Treasury Strategy.
• Proactively manage internal Treasury customer relationships and partnership with Treasury clients.
• Identify, propose, and implement technology solutions that enhance Treasury service operations.
• Analyze banking services, risk exposure, and overall relationship oversight.
• Prepare oversight and metric reports related to banking partner performance.
• Develop Treasury Workstation dashboard pages to provide users with regular oversight information.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in a corporate financial environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of global payment systems, treasury solutions, cash management, forecasting, and Treasury Workstation administration.
• Technical expertise in Treasury Workstation or online banking solutions, ad‑hoc data manipulation (e.g., Excel) and reporting tools.
• Project management skills, including leading cross‑departmental projects, planning, requirements gathering, testing, communication, and implementation.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce reports, requirements documents, test scripts, process maps, and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.

Base salary range: $83,100 – $124,700. Eligible for an annual incentive (bonus) plan.
