The team is seeking a professional to support the origination and execution of Project Bonds transactions and, potentially, Project Finance transactions across Lat Am. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in Project Finance, preferably with exposure to infrastructure and energy transactions. Experience in DCM, private placements, or capital markets would be highly valued. The candidate should be comfortable analyzing complex structures, preparing and managing financial models, supporting credit and transaction analysis, and developing client/marketing presentations and internal approval materials.

This role will be important in supporting the continued growth of the Project Bonds platform and the potential expansion into Project Finance opportunities in Lat Am.

• Experience in Project Finance, infrastructure, energy, or related sectors.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to understand and evaluate complex financing structures.
• Experience preparing high-quality presentations and transaction materials.
• Exposure to DCM, private placements, or institutional investor products is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Bilingual English / Spanish profile highly desirable.
• Ability to support origination and execution efforts across Lat Am and emerging markets

• Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required

• 3+ Years Project Finance, Product Development, Product Management, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non‑exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
