Job DescriptionSenior Consultant On this team, you will work with developers, investors, lenders, public-sector entities, and other market participants on a variety of energy and infrastructure projects. You will support engagements involving federal energy tax incentives, tax credit transactions, project financial model development, project finance advisory, and transaction due diligence.

- Gain hands-on experience in energy and community development advisory
- Participate in our technical training and development program designed to provide the tools needed to contribute to and lead client engagements
- Experience on-the-job training through real work engagements
- Learn directly from experienced managers and partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge within various industries such as energy and utilities, real estate, public sector, and transactions, among others
- Support energy tax credit advisory engagements, including reviews of project eligibility, credit calculations, and supporting documentation
- Support a range of energy and infrastructure transactions and financing activities, including tax credit transfers, tax equity investments, project financing, acquisitions, and sales processes
- Develop project financial models to support client project evaluation and financing activities
- Perform financial and commercial due diligence for energy and infrastructure projects
- Participate in client meetings, diligence calls, and interviews with project stakeholders
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and market research
- Assist in development of articles, sales proposals and presentations for new business development and client purposes
- 4-year degree
- 3 years professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing-related field
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, transaction advisory, or energy tax incentives
- Familiarity with energy tax credits, tax credit transfers, tax equity, or the Inflation Reduction Act
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
