Financial Advisor

Are you passionate about helping clients make confident financial decisions and achieve long-term goals? Our client, a well-respected and growing wealth management practice in Madison, WI is seeking a Licensed Associate Financial Advisor to join their collaborative team. In this role you'll work directly with an established and growing client base to provide comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, and ongoing relationship management.

Location: Onsite in Madison, WI

Pay: $60,000 per year plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
• Lead client review and planning meetings
• Analyze client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations
• Deliver personalized financial planning recommendations
• Monitor portfolios and identify opportunities for adjustments
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience delivering financial planning and investment guidance to clients required
• SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required
• Confidence in leading client conversations and presenting recommendations
• Wisconsin insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex financial concepts
