Retirement Plan Analyst

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to support our commercial clients' 401(k) and other qualified plans. In this role, you will analyze plan design, performance, fees, and participation data, preparing detailed reports and compliance testing under ERISA and IRS regulations. You'll partner with internal teams, advisors, and recordkeepers to resolve issues, support annual administration, and implement regulatory changes. Responsibilities

• Analyze qualified retirement plan design, performance, and fees for employer clients.
• Prepare reports, testing, and compliance documentation under ERISA and IRS rules.
• Support annual plan administration, including contributions, eligibility, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in implementing compliant plan updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams, advisors, and vendors to resolve plan issues.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve participant outcomes and plan effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records, data integrity, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support special projects, conversions, and new retirement plan implementations.
